At our July Women Leaders Collective gathering, William Chua from Tan Insurance Brokers took us behind the scenes of motor insurance and claims, from what we should do in those crucial first moments after an accident, to common mistakes that could weaken a claim.

We also learnt how claims are assessed, how to deal with insurers, workshops and third parties, and importantly, what we should be checking in our own motor insurance policies before we ever need to make a claim.

A very practical session and a good reminder that sometimes, what we don’t know can cost us.
